Docker Compose V1 sunset

Docker Compose V1 will not be supported anymore after June2023.
When will Elest.io switch to Docker Compose V2?
We need to know in advance as that change will affect all docker compose commands that need to be re-written so they are like "docker compose" instead of "docker-compose".

Hey @dj,
It should be transparent, since the new docker cli is also compatible with an alias to the old one. So we will continue to use the old syntaxe docker-compose.
